Life is stressful. Game night shouldn't be. Welcome to a 5E campaign setting where player absence is built into the story.

Two More Stretch Goals!
almost 2 years ago – Fri, Jun 03, 2022 at 01:22:51 AM

Hey Folks,

Another day, another TWO Stretch Goals smashed! Check out what will now be added to the book:

New Region: The Glass Ways - Centuries ago, a battle between a powerful sorcerer and a dragon turned a lush forest into a canyon of vaporized glass: such is the power of Ley Lines. The magical wasteland is vast and uninhabitable even today, though frontier towns have begun cropping up along its edges.

New Titan: Aegaeon - A super-massive creature of 50 heads of various races and animals and 100 arms with unmatched strength and power. Though he helped to kill the gods, Rebirth Clans seek to bring about his return.

You guys are knocking out these stretch goals faster than I can update them! I am currently fighting a monster of my own - a nasty sinus infection - and am going to get some rest. I will update the Stretch Goals for everyone first thing in the morning. Take care, all, and THANK YOU for joining the Adventurer's Agency!

Three Stretch Goals SMASHED!
almost 2 years ago – Wed, Jun 01, 2022 at 02:59:14 PM

Hey Everyone,

It's been a wild stretch since the last update as we've knocked out three stretch goals! Here's a brief overview of what we've done:

New Region: The Icy Scar - This mountainous region is home to several profitable mining operations though precious stones aren't all they uncover.

New Passage Stone Variant - During the earliest days of the empire, many Passage Stones were built with Stone Arches to better control the power of their teleportation network. Though most of these original Passage Stones have been replaced over the years, you still see them on the frontiers and in the wilder regions of the Empire.

*All Backers who receive the Passage Stone STL will receive both variants. Hero Backers can choose which physical variant they want with their rewards.

New Adventure - A murdered gnoll baker. An organized crime syndicate of orcs. And an investigator with a secret agenda. Can the Adventurers solve the case before anymore citizens die?

Murdered in Broad Daylight will be added to the Adventurer's agency core book as a sample to help run your own adventurers in the world.

Thank you so much to all of our backers! This project wouldn't be possible if not for you!

We're Funded!
almost 2 years ago – Tue, May 31, 2022 at 04:55:03 PM

Hey Folks!

The first day of any Kickstarter is always a wild ride and this one is no exception! After just 60 minutes, we  funded! And as I write this, we are closing in on the first stretch goal.

Grateful sorcerer who has been mutated by Ley Lines

This project is a big deal for us for several reasons. The first is that it's a fun world with cool mechanics, lore and player options and I really think your game night is going to have a blast using the content here. Secondly, this is our very first 5E Campaign Setting! AND, it is our first writing project that wasn't written primarily by me (Shane Collins and owner of HHP) as I am still hard at work on writing Organic Towns. Adventurer's Agency was written by Alex Pirrotta who you'll hear from in a minute. We'll be talking more about the world and the system in these updates. If you haven't already checked out the free downloadable World Primer, that will go into more detail as well.

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined the Adventurer's Agency!

Message From the Author

Hello and thank you for supporting the Adventurer’s Agency from the bottom of my heart! This is my first time working on a Kickstarter, so this is exciting for me and a bit overwhelming. But I promise Shane and I and the rest of the team are working on fleshing out and testing everything about the Agency, and we cannot wait to get it to you! I am excited to share my vision for this world, and we have so many exciting things planned on the way!

The idea for the Agency came out of the frustrations that I was having with groups not being able to meet consistently, and wanting to do something about it. It is so heartening to see that so many people feel like they are in the same boat, and are willing to work with us to find a creative solution to the problem and that I can offer a solution!

Your encouragement has been momentous for me, and I cannot wait to see what everyone does and the directions they go with the story and the setting. I look forward to getting you the best book I can write and to hear how you make the world of the Adventurer's Agency your own!

Thank you again, and game on!
